schedule lift of speed limit

Currently, transmission allows speed limit scheduling. However, when I want to download non bittorrent stuff or otherwise use my badnwidth it's easy for me to turn speed limit on. It's more difficult to remember to turn speed limit off when I finish working. It would be nice if I could schedule only the turning off of speed limit mode, possibly with a growl message announcing the event. This way the computer will continue full speed bittorrenting even on work days if I am not using it..
