Upload speeds jump from 8k to 16k to 32k etc

and back down to 0. Everything was working fine yesterday, using the latest version, running 10.6.1. I d/led 1.7.4 and it's doing the same thing. I had some router/modem problems yesterday morning and I had to unplug/reset both to get my internet back.. hrmmm
