Transmission suddenly not downloading anything. help please.

okay so i've been using transmission for about 2 years now. and recently nothing has been downloading when theres been plenty of seeds. since im not too good with computers im not too sure what i should change in the options to fix this problem. can anyone please give me some suggestions ? i would love to download music again. thank you !

ok so it seems like the torrents arent getting any response from the torrent itself. i dont know how to fix this or what to do.
