preferences/transfers/management/automatic/obey stop seeding

In preferences/transfers/management/automatic/stop seeding ratio = 1.05

I occasionally APPLY ALL (Pause/Restart)

The problem is that when I "APPLY ALL RESTART" transmission resumes the torrent seeding that have passed 1.05

Request: I would like an additional preference "obey stop seeding ratio" so that when I apply all resume, the torrents which have already seeded to 1.05 are not resumed.

I posted the enhancement a few months ago and came back to check if it had made it into development, though didn't know how to check??

Does anyone know how a request gets escalated or assigned for development so I can see if it made it through?

So from the look of the thread you suggested, this same problem was never solved, considered? I really wish it were, it drives me crazy when I pause all and restart all, that the seeding ratio 1.05 is not obeyed. H E L P ! : )
