transfers all at 0.0 kb/s

Post by sqw »

Hi

All of my transfers have been at 0.0 kb/s for the last 8 or so hours. I installed another client on my machine and it works fine - Transmission all of a sudden isn't working. I am running version 1.76 (9392). I've tried reinstalling it (a hangover from my Windows days) and it's made no difference. Haven't made any changes to my machine or router so I'm completely stumped. I troed the latest build from the trunk and no difference.

I had wondered if it was my ISP but as other clients work I don't know that's the case. Any ideas?

Cheers

same here.
it started this week.
most of the time both uploads and downloads @ 0.0KB/s
then sometimes it suddenly opens up and I have both running for a minute.
(it just started again as I typed this)
then it stops again.

mac OS.X version: 10.6.1
transmission version: 1.76

then I downgraded to 1.75 but it has the same problem.
in preferences the default peer listening port was closed (?), but I changed to an open port.
same problem still persists.

mine started about 3 weeks ago.
Got Snow Leopard 10.6.1, running on Intel Mac Pro.
I'm repeating - other torrent clients, like uTorrent - are running perfectly!

http://trac.transmissionbt.com/wiki/SlowSpeeds

The "Slow Speeds" checklist works you through the most common problems... and if you make it to the bottom of the list and the cause still hasn't been found, it describes the information that the forum helpers need to help diagnose the problem.
