Web Interface broke (again) in Opera 10.10?

I can add torrents by URL, but uploading them from my PC does not work. It works in Internet Exploder 8. Older releases of the webUI used to work, i'm sure.

Can I ask, do all the web UI features get tested in all the major browsers?
