Can't use Trac system

I registered with Trac here on Transmissionbt. But cannot do anything with it. And there is a message in the upper pert of the page

Warning: <acct_mgr.web_ui.MessageWrapper object at 0xba2790c>

I see I don't have enough privileges to work with the Trac. How do I earn them?

There is an email confirmation you have to confirm.
