Automacticlly scan a folder for torrents

I have transmission on my mac and love the feature were it scans a folder for torrents and adds them automaticlly. I recently installed Transmission on my WD World Edition NAS drive. It's got the web interface on it and works well. But I can't seem to find the feature when it will scan a folder for torrents. Does it have this feature on the web interface version? Thanks.
