Can't change queues

Hello, sorry because I don't know how it's called this option in the english client. I add a picture so you can see.

The trouble is that I can't change the size of the download queue. In my default config it's 3, I try to click in the box but it doesn't does nothing

I have the same issue with 1.82 and 1.80. I'm running it in a 10.6.2 Mac.
