I have been using Transmission for about 3 days now and I absolutely love it. However, when I was downloading I left my laptop unplugged and my computer unfortunately ran out of battery after downloading about ten percent of one file. When I rebooted, Transmission checked the file, but I just wanted to be sure: if you run out of battery while downloading, is it possible that it could damage/corrupt the file downloaded?
I know I'm being rather paranoid, but I just wanted to be sure
