Magnet links ignore Group settings?

Know that magnet support is fairly recent, though the subject seems to be the case.

Steps to repro:
a) Set up group for Video, auto tag .avi file extension, set Download folder.
b) Load magnet link an .avi file.
c) Download torrent to 100%.

RESULT:
File downloads fine, though the group is never set, and the download folder never used.

DESIRED:
Magnet links use the Group, auto tag & Folder settings when matching files.

Otherwise, Transmission is awesome! Bestest BT client around!
