Transmission 1.92 suddenly stops connecting, port closes

Sometimes while transmission is running it will suddenly disconnect from all peers, and in the network settings the port will be closed (and all ports I choose will be closed). I have set up my firewall settings correctly, and restarting transmission fixes the problem, so I am fairly certain it's an issue with the program. I haven't quite narrowed it down yet, but it seems to be triggered when I pause an active transfer (though it doesn't always happen). Anyone else have this problem?
