I saw that someone else posted about this, but never got a reply.
I'm wondering: the text for the blocklist in Transmission's preferences says "Prevent known bad peers from connecting", so I'm assuming Transmission doesn't allow users in those IP groups to actually connect. However, does the blocklist also block outbound connections? So, if for example, the tracker gives an IP address that's in the blocklist, will Transmission still try to connect to that peer?
