Well, after weeks of constant pausing this seems to have fixed itself! I'm putting this down to posting this help request

Trying to seed my small crisp batter cake torrents but get 'Tracker error: You are trying to announce way too frequently' which then causes Transmission to Pause the Torrents.

I have a Windows PC in the office, connected to that I have a Airport Extreme and connected to that I have a ADSL modem/router (not wireless). I have a Macbook which connects wirelessly and it's here I use Transmission.
