Different numbers ... because i don't know the IP of the modem. And the number you a reffering to dosn't work either.
My ISP is Orange in the Dominican Republic, they don't provide much information. And i don't have any TCP/IP settings for the modem in Preferences -> Network
Thanks!

Re: Port is closed
Google for a forum for your ISP. (There could be a few of them) You can find a lot of info there. The best thing is that it's local information. There will be somebody who found a solution to the modem problem and is willing to help others.
Start with that even if the solution is for a Windows computer. And then you can find out how and where to change the settings in your Mac.

lol, The IP-adres you need is in your mac preferences under network. Copy the code after "Router:" and paste it in a browser.

192.168.100.1 is the adress of my wireless router, but the internet does not run trough it. So it won't help.
Ok, hehe but I have tried the ip.

It's still not running very good - and I dont think its possible to solve. I have done port-forwarding before, but on a router.
I just post because I want to show you something ...

Obviously I dont have any problems uploading. As I said I have a 150 kbps connection, so this is crazy.
