I have only ever used the daemon version and I know it did not come with a list predefined and the wiki which is a little out dated also indicates that no specific blacklist is endorsed by transmission and thus indicates one would not be included.

Isn't writing to NTFS in linux still marked experimental, unsafe and not recommended? It is not intended to be used with linux as a primary file system.

Ok so this is now a "Feature"
- RPC clients using the dameon have no way to remotely save to new folders
- RPC clients have no way to recover from torrents that become "stuck paused" and unrecoverable when added with a path that does not yet exist.

Turn off DHT, it stays connected to other peers, or shutdown transmission.
